CAD and Drone Project Portfolio

Lidar capture of the under-construction condo tower. Capturing elevation and ground data for design and calculations of earth volumes needed for grading completion and landscaping.

Drawing of steel structural members and design layout

A digital twin of the final stage of a condo community. This was used to visualize the final design and placement of park features and other street furniture.

Master Plan Subdivision/MPlan (AutoCAD Drawing):
This type of AutoCAD drawing is like a detailed map that shows how a large piece of land will be divided into smaller parts. It plans where roads, houses, parks, and utilities will be located in a neighbourhood or development project. It helps organize and visualize how the land will be used. Topographic Survey (Topo Survey - AutoCAD Drawing) contour lines represent land elevation changes across an area.

R-plan - specialized map stored at the local Land Registry Office that provides important information about a specific piece of land. It includes details such as the land's boundaries, size, and any factors impacting its ownership, like fences or rights-of-way. These plans are particularly useful when dividing land into smaller sections. Each Land Registry Office has a unique number associated with it, which is included in the reference plan. The plan helps individuals understand the precise characteristics of the land and any relevant limitations.
